My friend directed my to your Chronic Fatigue Article – it’s related to a conversation he and I had earlier in the day. Thank you. I think the points you are making or hinting at in terms of the lack of true acceptance and community-mindedness are very appropriate. The patterns of competitiveness and self-centeredness follow us everywhere, even into the re-wilding world. I think there is not enough emphasis on healing them.
This is appropriate to my life right now because I think about the ways in which I don’t have adequate strengths/skills/confidence sometimes, and get frustrated. Perhaps to expect 100% out of myself 100% of the time is not the best!

Oh Penny, take it easy! You don’t have to get so aggro over a slight criticism, which is quite legitimate. You do write a useful blog and there are so many people singing your praises. Getting all cheeky and sarcastic with people who raise some doubts does not reflect well on a blogger.

I am a water quality specialist in the Portland area. May I recommend a Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for underneath the sink, and a whole house dechloramination system. I’ve applied this equipment to my house and have seen significant improvements in the water (my carbon monoxide detector stopped going off after showers) and I have peace of mind drinking the water. (I actually drink more water now that I have the good stuff. I add the good minerals back in for flavor)
Since water is the foundation of good health, it just makes sense to treat your water.

It seems to be highly allergenic. I made it and love it but found out the hard way that I am allergic. Swollen lips and rash on my face and hands. A friend also had a bad reaction on her lips. We did a patch test on her with just the resin and she reacted. So 2 for 2 were allergic. I wonder how many other people have had this type of reaction.
